We take a look at Strange's third eye, and the post credit scenes of Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. #marvel #mcu #marvellore #mculore #marvelexplained #marvelfan #marvelmeme #comics #doctorstrange #intothemultiverse #eternals Throughout Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Magic we learn all about the artifact known as the Darkhold, or as it is also referred to in the film “The book of the damned”. The Darkhold has corrupted Wanda and as we learn in the film, whoever uses the darkhold despite their benevolent intentions, causes the user to become corrupt. Strange is dissuaded from many of the characters throughout the film from using the Darkhold, although he deems its use necessary to stop Wanda in the climax of the film. It appears that due to Wanda destroying every universes Darkhold, Strange is unaffected by the corruption. That is until the final scene which shows Strange growing a third eye and screaming in horror, which earlier was seen on a corrupted variant of Strange. Its very possible that Strange was corrupted, however the following post credit scene seems to disprove that theory, as he seems accustomed to the third eye which many have speculated could be a manifestation of The Eye of Agamotto.
