Prior to that you'll get the "OGRE COMING SOON" message in 104 days. ===== OGRE I STORY ===== Ogre, or Ancient Ogre, is a creature known as Toshin, which literally means "God of Fighting". His powers are considered to be equal to the Mishima clan and Kazama clan. In Tekken 3, he targets and attacks martial arts masters all over the world before absorbing their ki energy and abilities into his own being. He was defeated by Paul Phoenix, and his 2nd form (Ogre II or True Ogre) was eventually defeated by Jin Kazama. ===== OGRE I GAMEPLAY ===== This guy's fighting style is basically an amalgamation of moves from various other Tekken characters... mostly ones from the prequels who are not present in Tekken 3. Such characters include Baek, Wang, Bruce, Jun, Lee, Kazuya, Kunimitsu, Ganryu and Armor King. In the Arcade version here, Anna is among these characters because her actual character/moveset isn't in this version of the game. Ogre I does have two unique moves to himself of course, called the Serpent's Venom and Ancient Power. The Serpent's Venom has him grabbing the opponent's upper body with one arm and squeezing them; and the Ancient Power is a Counter Attack that has no whiffing. ===== INFORMATION / TRIVIA ===== ---- In single-player mode, if the player uses Heihachi and beats 1st form Ogre, Ogre will absorb Jin's power instead of Heihachi to become Ogre II / True Ogre. ---- Whenever his second form Ogre II / True Ogre is in battle, the stage background will always be pitch black except for the ground. ---- In his win pose when he speaks, at first it sounds like an unknown language.
