I'll give the best explanation I can here, although if you want to learn how to do this yourself you can join https://discord.gg/VUwj6Sq first, I downloaded alaxe's fempyro off gamebanana. using the program "gcfscape", you can open up the .vpk and extract the files to disk. then, using a program like "crowbar" you can decompile the fempyro mod's .mdl (model) file. after this, you can do the same for the tf2 beta's pyro model, and compare how they are compiled. both models have a .qc file that is used during compilation to create all the various files.
