The crown of clam looks like the nose of elephant and also its texture was similar with elephant(I’ve tried touching the elephant when I visited Thailand). I was very curiosu about its flavor. And as soon as I tried it, I was surprised because it has an amazing texture. It’s similar to well cooked scallop and it’s not fishy at all. It would go well with any kinds of sauce-♡. Did I only talk too much about the elephant clam? It’s because I was not familiar with this clam! I also tried razor clam and cooked it as hand-made chopped noodle soup! The razor clam makes the soup tastes very light and refreshing! It might be the best food for a hangover!
