Set aside the half-cooked chicken leg and drumstick for a while 5. On a separate heated casserole pan, put 1 clove of garlic (cut in half) and 5 pieces of bay leaf 6. Add ¾ cup of white vinegar, ¾ cup of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 7. Stir all the ingredients until the brown sugar melts 8. Then add 2 pieces of finely chopped chili 9. Put again the half-cooked chicken leg and drumstick in the casserole pan 10. Make sure that each chicken leg and drumstick is properly place 11. Cover the casserole pan with its lid and cooked it for 7-10 minutes 12. After 7-10 minutes, set aside again the chicken leg and drumstick 13. Stir the sauce until it simmers and thickened 14. Lastly, place again the chicken leg and drumstick in a simmer sauce and mixed them thoroughly Bulgur Procedure: 1. In another heated casserole pan, put 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2. Put 1 cup of Duru Coarse Bulgur and add 2 cups of hot water 3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mixed them thoroughly 4. Cover the casserole pan with its lid and wait until the Duru Coarse Bulgur is cooked 5.
